I teach guitar out of my home in Marrickville in Sydney’s inner west. It’s convenient to Alexandria, Newtown, Camperdown, Enmore, Redfern, Erskineville and surrounding areas.

I teach students high school age and upwards, with my specialties including

• Intermediate players looking to advance
• High school students preparing for HSC exams (I am also a high school music teacher)
• Adult beginners

I’m all about you getting what you want out of guitar lessons. For absolute beginners, I like to get a feel for what kind of music you want to play, and work towards playing one of your favourite songs. If you’re not sure what you might like to play, I’m also happy to make suggestions.

For intermediate players, again, I’d like to know what you want to get out of lessons.

• Is there a song, riff or guitar solo that you’d love to be able to play that seems just beyond your reach?
• Have you always wanted to learn finger style but never just got around to it?
• Do you need help with improvising and soloing?
